About the programme
For senior officers who will lead AI adoption in their departments and states.
This three-day programme gives senior civil servants the knowledge, skills and strategic perspective to use Artificial Intelligence for governance and public service delivery.
Each day pairs concepts with hands-on exercises: building visualizations from government data, applying statistical and machine learning methods to policy questions, and working with AI bots and agents. The programme closes with a session on integrating AI into the government ecosystem.
Who should attend
Senior officers with an interest in digital governance, emerging technologies or data-driven decision-making, and officers responsible for institutional capacity-building.
No course fee. Accommodation and boarding are provided by LBSNAA free of cost, as per Academy norms.
Data Visualization
What it takes to be an AI Champion, then turning data into clear visuals, with hands-on exercises and a session on evidence-based studies and impact evaluation.
Data Science
Hypothesis testing, regression, classification and clustering applied to policy, plus computer vision and its use in governance.
Agentic AI
AI bots and agents for everyday government work, and how to integrate AI into the governance ecosystem.
