National Centre for Leadership Development & Competency Assessment (NCLDCA), a registered Society of LBSNAA was set up on in June 2014 with an objective of capacity building on leadership training within civil services. The 10-member governing body of the society comprise the Director, LBSNAA as Ex-officio chairperson, Joint Director as Vice Chairperson and various faculty/academicians as members.
