The first Common Mid-Career Training Programme (MCTP) commenced in LBSNAA as a part of Mission Karmayogi. This course is designed for better coordination amongst the personnels of various civil services fostering intra-departmental and inter-departmental coordination during the mid-career training programme. In addition to focusing on leadership facilitation and realignment it is emphasising on capacity building and skill building.This first Common MCTP is for officers of All India Services and other Central Group ‘A’ services officers who have come through the Civil Service Examination of 1999 and 2000 (i.e. 2000 and 2001 batch officers). The course commenced at LBSNAA Main Campus on 26th October, 2021. The total duration of course is one week (26th October to 2nd November, 2021).The Chief Guest for the Inaugural Programme Dr. Jitendra Singh, MoS PP delivered the inaugural address to the participants. Welcome address was delivered by Ms. Radhika Rastogi, Joint Director. Shri Srinivas Katikithala, Director of the Academy addressed the participants of the course and vote of thanks was delivered by Professor Sunita Rani. The course team comprises of Ms. Anandhi, Course Coordinator, Ms. Sunita Rani, Ms. Ekta Uniyal and Shri Abhiram G. Sankar is the Associate Course Coordinator(s).
