The dedicated layout document divides the Medical Centre across three levels. The arrangement creates a practical sequence from first-contact services and pharmacy through diagnostics, wards and rehabilitation.

Floor 0 is the
immediate point of contact. The layout identifies registration, general
OPD/CMO’s Office, pharmacy and emergency services here. In operational terms,
this is where patients enter the care pathway, receive clinical assessment and,
when necessary, move quickly toward emergency stabilisation or onward referral.
The pharmacy is on the same level as consultation, supporting continuity between prescribing and dispensing, while the CMO’s Office provides a clinical and administrative focal point.
Emergency services are available 24×7, including national holidays. The Academy also maintains a 24×7 BLS ambulance service, with additional ALS/BLS ambulances hired during courses when required.
Floor −1 — Diagnostics, Specialists & Inpatient Care
Floor −1 brings
together the diagnostic and procedural functions that support clinical
decision-making. The layout lists the dental unit, visiting consultant OPDs,
pathology laboratory, X-ray unit and ward.
This concentration is useful for patients who need a consultation followed by investigation, observation or short-duration inpatient management. The source presentation records 19 admission beds in total, including seven beds on Floor −1.
Floor −2 — Rehabilitation & Aarogyam
Floor −2 houses Physiotherapy and the Aarogyam ward. The latter is part of the Centre’s inpatient capacity and has 9 beds.
The rehabilitation and wellness functions broaden the Centre beyond acute medical care. Physiotherapy provides structured recovery and functional rehabilitation, while the Ayurveda Wellness Centre adds a dedicated AYUSH stream, including Panchakarma procedures.
