National Centre of Gender Training Planning and Research was established as an autonomous body in 1998 to mainstream gender in policy and to establish gender as a priority in all government programs to ensure the equitable development of men and women. Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration being the nodal agency for imparting administrative training has joined hands with NCGTPR to deliver gender training for understanding the conceptual and analytical gender relations framework. Training is organised for the Officer Trainees of the Foundation Course as also in Phase-I &Phase-II.
