The 128th Induction Training Programme (ITP) commenced on 2nd Feb 2026 at LBSNAA for officers inducted from State Civil Services into the IAS. The course aims to develop collaborative, ethical and future-ready civil leaders equipped to advance effective and inclusive governance. The 128th ITP brings together 83 officers inducted into the IAS from cadres across the country including AGMUT, Bihar, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Odisha and North Eastern States, facilitating diverse regional experiences to shape a shared vision of public administration. In his inaugural address, LBSNAA Director, Shri Sriram Taranikanti emphasised that the course will enable a shift from field-level implementation to institutional & strategic thinking, equipping participants to navigate governance challenges with agility, inclusivity & integrity. Welcome address was delivered by Ms. Deep Jagdip Contractor, Deputy Director (Sr.). Course Overview was given by Shri Premkumar VR, Deputy Director & Course Coordinator.
