The 4th Common Mid-Career Training Programme (MCTP) commenced in LBSNAA. This course is designed for better coordination amongst the personnels of various civil services fostering intra-departmental and inter-departmental coordination during the mid-career training programme. In addition to focusing on leadership facilitation and realignment it is emphasising on capacity building and skill building.This course is for officers of All India Services and other Central Group ‘A’ services officers who have come through the Civil Service Examination of 2004. The course commenced at LBSNAA Main Campus on 10th February, 2025. The total duration of course is one week (10th February to 14th February, 2025).The Chief Guest for the Inaugural Programme Shri Sriram Taranikanti, Director, LBSNAA delivered the inaugural address to the participants. Welcome address was delivered by Ms. Deep Jagdip Contractor, Deputy Director. Course Overview was given by Ms. Ritika Narula, Course Coordinator. The course team comprises of Ms. Ritika Narula, Course Coordinator, Shri Shelesh Nawal, Ms. Deep Jagdip Contractor, Shri Prem Kumar V R and Shri Arvind Kumar (Associate Course Coordinators).
