The 6th Common Mid-Career Training Programme (MCTP) being held in the Ekta Nagar, Gujarat for the first time, brings together a cohort of 175 All India Service and Central Civil Service officers of the 2006 batch–two decades after they participated in the 80th Foundation Course at LBSNAA in Mussoorie. This course is designed for better coordination amongst the personnels of various civil services fostering intra-departmental and inter-departmental coordination during the mid-career training programme. In addition to focusing on leadership facilitation and realignment it is emphasising on capacity building and skill building. This course is for officers of All India Services and other Central Group ‘A’ services officers who have come through the Civil Service Examination of 2006. Course commenced at Ekta Nagar, Gujarat on 21st September, 2026. Total duration of course is one week (21st September to 25th September, 2026). Course team comprises of Dr. Bagadi Gautham, Course Coordinator, Shri Kranthi Kumar Pati, Shri Gautam Thapliyal, Ms. Ankita Dhanda, Shri Arvind Kumar, Ms. Bhawana Porwal (Associate Course Coordinators).
