The 100th Common Foundation Course (FC) concluded at LBSNAA on 29th Nov 2025 with the valedictory ceremony graced by Hon’ble Defence Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh as Chief Guest. The milestone marks the completion of foundational training for the 2025 batch of civil servants.

Shri Rajnath Singh, in his valedictory address, stressed that the FC seeks to reaffirm a resolute commitment to strengthening public service and addressing citizens’ needs through ethical conduct, efficient administration, and a governance approach rooted in public welfare. He stated that national progress depends on officers who uphold clarity of vision, integrity, & humility. He urged the Officer Trainees (OTs) to remain people-centric, resilient & accountable, promote women’s participation, & use technology responsibly to advance good governance.

Director Shri Sriram Taranikanti, also addressed OTs, stressing that their conduct & approach must strengthen institutions & continuously improve governance systems. He also spoke about the role of Officers' families & orienting them in the collective goal of #ViksitBharat.
