The 24th Round of the Phase-III Mid-Career Training Programme, attended by 69 IAS officers from across the country, concluded on 30th Jan' 2026 at LBSNAA, with Hon’ble Governor of Gujarat & Maharashtra, Shri Acharya Devvrat presiding over the Valedictory session as Chief Guest. In his valedictory address, Hon'ble Governor called upon the participating officers to devote their lives to righteous action & selfless service, urging them to build an ‘inseparable link’ between private conduct & integrity in public life, while stressing on value-based service. Shri Sriram Taranikanti, Director, LBSNAA, also addressed the participants.Welcome address was presented by Ms. Sowjanya, Joint Director LBSNAA and Course Report was presented by  Ms. Shweta Teotia, Deputy Director (Sr.) & Course Coordinator. Course team comprises of Ms. Shweta Teotia, Course Coordinator, Shri Shelesh Nawal, Ms. Shanmuga Priya Mishra, Ms. Anupam Talwar & Shri Gautham Thapliyal (Associate Course Coordinator).
