Valedictory Function of IAS Professional Course Phase-II (2024 batch) was held on 20th August, 2026. The Chief Guest was Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan, Hon’ble Vice President of India . Lt Gen (Retd.) Gurmit Singh, Hon’ble Governor of Uttarakhand and Shri Ganesh Joshi, Minister of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare and Soldier Welfare, Government of Uttarakhand also graced the occasion. Welcome address was delivered by Dr. B. Rajender, Director, LBSNAA, Mussoorie. Course Report was presented by Shri Kranthi Kumar Pati, Deputy Director & Course Coordinator. The total strength of the Officers Trainees was 184 IAS and 03 Officer Trainees of RBCS (Royal Bhutan Civil Services). The Course Team comprises Shri Kranthi Kumar Pati, Course Coordinator, Shri D.
