The importance of physical and mental fitness in leading a life of health, vitality and peace needs no reiteration, and this was beautifully reflected in the vibrant athletics meet of 93rd Foundation Course held on 17th & 18th November, 2018 at Oak Grove School. The Chief Guest for the Inaugural function was Shri Yogeshwar Dutt, Indian Wrestler. Shri Sandeep Singh, International Hockey Player was the Chief Guest for the Closing Ceremony. The meet lasted for two days, main events being 100mts, 200mts, 400mts, 1500mts races, 4x100mts & 4x400mts relay races, discus throw, long jump, high jump, shot put which culminated in a very enthralling tug of war. OTs participated with great enthusiasm and fervor, breaking old records in Long Jump. Ms.Kaka Choden & Ms. Radhika Suri bagged 03 Gold and 01 Silver, while Mr. Suyash Saxena bagged 03 Gold were declared best women and man athlete respectively.
