14th round of Mid-Career Training Programme Phase-V for IAS Officers commenced at Main Campus on 10th April 2023, with 67 senior IAS officers from 21 states participating. Chief Guest Dr P. K. Mishra, Principal Secretary to Hon'ble PM emphasized the importance of three skills for all civil servants - technical skills, social skills, and diplomatic skills. Honing these skills will help build a 'Whole of Government Approach' in their work, enabling our country to realize the dream of a 'Vikshit Bharat'. Sh Srinivas R Katikithala, Director, urged the participants to dedicate themselves to continuous learning and service to the nation in the spirit of Mussooriewala Karmayogis. Dr P. K. Mishra further inaugurated the Emergency Skills Arena and launched the revised Course Planner of the Centre for Disaster Management of LBSNAA.
