19th Round of Phase-III Mid Career Training Programme for IAS Officers with participation of 183 officers from 24 cadres, begins in LBSNAA. The objective of this four-week program is to build the 'next level competency' and prepare for assuming crucial assignments at higher levels in the State Government and the Government of India.
