Valedictory function of 20th MCTP Phase-3 Course for IAS officers held on 15th February, 2024. The Chief Guest for Valedictory Programme Smt. Radha S Raturi, Chief Secretary, Govt. of Uttarakhand, delivered the valedictory address to the participants. Welcome address delivered by Shri Gautam Thapliyal, Assistant Director. Course Report was presented by Dr. Bagadi Gautham, Deputy Director (Sr.) & Course Coordinator. Guide on Gender-Inclusive Communication (Hindi Edition) was released by the Chief Guest. Shri Sriram Taranikanti, Director, LBSNAA also addressed the participants. The event ended with a vote of thanks by Dr. Ekta Uniyal, Reader & Associate Course Coordinator. The course team comprises of Dr. Bagadi Gautham, Deputy Director (Sr.) and Course Coordinator, Shri Romeo Vincent Tete, Assistant Director, Shri.
