IAS (Phase-5) Training Programme for 66 IAS officers of 1990-96 batches concluded in LBSNAA on 28 April. Addressing them & Officer Trainees of IAS (2022 Batch) Phase 1 Course, Chief Guest Sh. Himanta Biswa Sarma, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Assam said that compassion has to be the hallmark of every civil servant. He added that when our country completes 100 years of her independence, we must strive for an India where all citizens live in states which are similarly placed on various development indicators. Sh Srinivas R katikithala, Director was present. The course team comprises of Ms. Sowjanya, Course Coordinator, Ms. Anandhi, Shri Nand Kumarum, Ms. Chhavi Bhardwaj, Ms. Anupam Talwar, Ms. Ekta Uniyal, Shri Romeo Vincent Tete (Associate Course Coordinator).
